How it works

Three simple steps to a clearer picture of your pain.

1

Define your pain

Give it a name, a description and a colour, then pick the scale that fits: 0–10, yes/no or mild/moderate/severe - set up the way you need it.

2

Log it in seconds

Tap the intensity and, if you want, add a note and tags for the type of pain and the circumstances. Reminders make sure you don't forget.

3

Spot patterns & share them

Follow trends in charts, compare one week against another and take a clear PDF report along to your appointment.

Everything you need

PainTrack gives you the tools to record your pain systematically and get real insight out of it.

Your pain, your scale

Create as many pain definitions as you like with a name, description and colour, and pick the input that suits each one: 0–10, yes/no or mild/moderate/severe.

Tags & notes

Record how the pain felt with each entry - stabbing, dull, burning, cramping - and the circumstances it came with: stressed, cold, active, slept badly.

Trend charts & weekly trends

Follow one or several pain types in a line chart across 7, 30 or 90 days, or the whole period. Trend cards compare this week against the last one.

Activity heatmap & streak

Three months of your tracking habit at a glance - plus a streak badge showing how many days in a row you've kept it up.

Reminders that think along

Several times of day on whichever weekdays you choose. The smart reminder stays quiet on days you've already logged, and an evening warning saves your streak.

Archive & resume

Hide pain types that are no longer current without deleting them. Bring them back whenever you want and pick up tracking right where you left off.

PDF doctor's report

Choose the pain, the content and the date range - PainTrack turns it into a clear report with charts that you share straight from the app. Part of Pro.

Data transfer

Export all of your data as a .strack file and import it on another device - with a preview before anything is merged. Part of Pro.

Stored locally, protected by Face ID

All data stays encrypted on your device - no cloud upload, no account, no tracking. If you like, unlock the app with Face ID or Touch ID.
